Richard Lowe
Co-founder
Richard Lowe brings over 15 years of technical and leadership experience in construction and utility services. A certified PMP and Red Seal Gas Fitter B, he combines hands-on trade expertise with proven project management and team leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. At Marclay, Richard applies his skills to drive continuous improvement and provide reliable solutions built on the company’s core values of safety, integrity, and reliability
Zlatko Vukelic
Co-founder
Zlatko brings 20 years of experience in the utility and construction sector, with a strong record of leading complex projects across British Columbia. A Red Seal–certified Plumber and Gas Fitter, he has held senior leadership roles, managing multi-disciplinary teams, capital projects, and safety initiatives. At Marclay, Zlatko applies his technical expertise and leadership skills to drive operational excellence, strengthen partnerships, and deliver reliable, high-quality results.
